Our Greatest Fear

Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

a little background: RPh turned CHHC

As a Pharmacist, I graduated from Rutger's Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and I am currently licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey. I have been working in community pharmacy for the past decade, and frankly sick of my current position as "Staff Pill Jockey." I think i'm better than that; I think we as a community of healthcare providers are better than that! I want to bring the role of the pharmacist back to it's roots to promote healthy lifestyles and healing.

As a Health Counselor, I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I've learned more just food, I've learned about Bio-individuality and Primary Foods and integrating these aspects to create a healthier approach that's right for the individual.

I combine both backgrounds to create a unique approach to healthcare; One that takes into account the whole picture of both western practices as well as traditional eastern approaches. I'm learning more and more every day about new approaches, holistic remedies and supplementation.

I hope you join me on my journey :)
